I really liked the hotel!
Convenient location, the building itself is new and beautiful.
The room is spacious, with large windows, decorated with high-quality materials. Huge TV, Jacuzzi, big bed. The cleanliness is impressive, both in the room and in the entire hotel. The food in the restaurant is amazing, delicious, and the food is served professionally.
The professionalism of the staff, combined with the goodwill of each individual, creates an atmosphere of carelessness and comfort.

I really liked the hotel! Inside there is a wonderful cozy courtyard where you can relax in the coolness :) Our room was excellent, very spacious, magnificent furniture, linen, a Jacuzzi bath and an innovative bathroom, with lighting and automation. The restaurant is a separate song , very decent , in the morning there is a buffet breakfast . Everything is delicious , the waiters serve coffee , tea , porridge , scrambled eggs - whatever your heart desires . The reception is very professional: any issue is solved with lightning speed; we were provided with an excellent guide, a guide and a car. Therefore, Samarkand has rightfully turned out to be the most hospitable and most refined city in sunny Uzbekistan for us! 🍀🇺🇿🍇🇺🇿🍀

A friend checked into this hotel. The rooms are clean and tidy. But there are several disadvantages. The windows of the hotel where my friend lived overlooked the smoking room, and the window itself (it was the only one in the room) was narrow like a pane. The location of the hotel is good, but another disadvantage is that the construction site is not ending nearby, spoiling the presentable appearance. According to the guests, the breakfasts are good and always on time. The staff is helpful and friendly. Sometimes visitors complained about the noise of people checking into the hotel a lot and often the guests change, sometimes every day.

The trip to Samarkand began with the choice of a hotel. When I saw the photo, I didn't doubt the choice for a second. And it was absolutely right. A delightful, chic, beautiful and very cozy hotel!! We were greeted at the reception by a very pleasant Avazbek and Dilnoza. Friendly and smiling. And at exactly 12 a.m. they brought me a cake with a candle)
It was my birthday.
A chic restaurant on the terrace. Sooooo delicious
We will definitely return to this particular hotel.

It's a beautiful hotel and the room is good! But it's not possible to sleep here! If you plan to get enough sleep, then this hotel is not for you, and certainly not for a measured family vacation! The walls are shaking, there is no insulation! The restaurant on the upper and lower floors is a hangout.... We were assured non-stop that it would be over before 23, but that's not the case! Plan your vacation based on your requests! Even with the curtains closed, the light will shine directly into your eyes as the curtains do not fade out! I do not recommend this hotel for a relaxing holiday and even more so for sleeping!!!!!!!

Quite a good hotel) convenient location. There are shops and an active life nearby. I don't know what words to choose. The room is clean! The bed is good. Everything you need in the room and the hotel is basically there. The only thing was that the towel dryers did not work (in many rooms where our group lived). Of the disadvantages that I noticed: this is because there are many rooms with windows opening into the interior of the hotel (not even the courtyard) - accordingly, when the windows are opened, all the noise and hum from the guests are constantly in the room (the windows themselves are frosted, there is no visual contact with anyone) + noise insulation ... none) you can hear everything in the hallway and neighboring rooms and even on the second floor. For breakfast: quite modest, but you can eat. I liked the restaurant on the 3rd floor))) you can have a tasty and hearty meal without leaving home, as they say.

Beautiful building, good location. The breakfasts are normal. Of the cons:
- very poor sound insulation. If you want to get enough sleep and you sleep without earplugs, it will be very difficult for you. You will hear music in the restaurant late at night, how tourists talk, how they come to check into the hotel at 4 a.m.
We have been here for 6 days and have not been able to sleep peacefully.
And if this review is read by the managers or owners, think about replacing the fragrance in the hotel lobby, now a regular spray can is sprayed, judging by the smell, as in toilets. More pleasant formats of aromatization of common rooms are now available.

The hotel is very nice: we had a deluxe room, spacious enough for two. The only drawback is that a large window opens onto the elevator lobby inside the building, and only a small one opens onto the inner open gallery. Therefore, it may be stuffy, there is little fresh air (although there is air conditioning), it is noisy with the window open, and you do not want to open the curtains. But sleeping is quite comfortable. Standard rooms are more compact. Comfortable bed, modern and beautiful furniture, clean bathroom. The staff is polite and attentive. Excellent restaurant on the 3rd floor, very tasty.

They gave me a corner room with practically no window, and justified it by saying that the hotel was full, despite the fact that the reservation was made about 3 weeks in advance. Relatives had a similar story 2.5 years ago, but they were eventually moved to a normal room. The restaurant is great!

We were in Samarkand and randomly chose this hotel. We arrived late, closer to 12 a.m., they were already waiting for us and quickly settled in. We stayed with my wife at this hotel from March 15 to March 16, 2023 in room 201.
The hotel itself is very beautiful, the service is at a high level.
We were greeted very warmly at the reception.
We express our gratitude to the hotel staff. I would like to note that everyone is very friendly and polite, so an atmosphere of good rest and good mood is created.
Beautiful room, nice design, new furniture, snow-white fluffy towels, pastel linen, a huge bed - everything is done with taste.
We visited the restaurant on the ground floor. Live music is played in the evening. I really liked the performance of the saxophonist.
As for the cuisine (menu), you can write a separate article about it... A good selection of wines, delicious desserts and delicious coffee. A lamb leg was ordered from the hot one - a masterpiece. The chefs are magicians, they work miracles ...
the waiter (unfortunately we did not remember the name) picked up a suitable table for us in a cozy remote place, making sure that we felt as comfortable as possible. I accepted the order very quickly, unobtrusively offered specialties, and clearly answered all questions about the menu.
The cook cooked the ordered food quickly enough (and some dishes were quite complicated), without forcing us to languish waiting for the order. We appreciated the taste of the dishes very highly, the presentation was very original, the serving was exquisite.
We ask you to give these restaurant employees a bonus for their high professionalism and sincere attitude towards the guests.
We were very satisfied. We thank the management and staff of the hotel.
We wish your hotel prosperity, thanks to the whole team and a low bow!
P.S. Now, when we are in Samarkand again, we will only stay at your hotel.

I chose this hotel purely by chance, according to reviews and I really liked it, convenient location, responsive staff, expensive and modern neoclassical interior with Kale plumbing, excellent restaurant located on the top floor of the building. Everything is at the highest level.
Thank you for the pleasant experience. I recommend dishes from the restaurant knuckle with mashed potatoes, borscht, Norwegian soup.

It's kind of expensive-rich, but the music is up to 23 in the restaurant and everything can be heard in the rooms. Silence is not for you. The breakfasts are the same. When calculating, they offer to write off at their internal exchange rate in dollars, if through soums, then suddenly the bank removes 1.5% of the commission - a gross violation of Visa rules, but no one cares about that. It's not worth the extravagant money. When checking out, the reception employee goes to inspect the room - at such a cost, nonsense and piggishness are out of the ordinary!!!
