A good hotel. Nice rooms. Everything is great in terms of housing. The optimal price/quality ratio for me. There is a parking lot and a gas station nearby. The food is good, I liked it. The only thing was that the location was inconvenient for me - I got into traffic jams and didn't have the best view around. But these are not the hotel's problems. And I was lucky with the view from the window (choose the rooms carefully!!!)

Not for long, but good! We took a family room with my mother, it was like for three, so it was very spacious for two of us, just gorgeous. The furniture is simple but decent looking. Both rooms have TV, cupboards. The garbage was taken out every day and shampoos and soap were added. Good breakfasts. There is a shop and an ATM nearby. Good water pressure in the shower. Nice beds and nice linens, clean and white. Good transport interchange. Stable Wi-Fi.
Of the minor flaws: the curtains in the room are slightly dusty (they require washing), there was not enough electric kettle or cooler on the floor at least. The plumbing is a little tired (but everything is working).
In the end, this is a very good option, we would stay there again.

I was on a business trip to Smolensk. I visited Minsk and spent the night at this hotel. Near the Hippo shopping Center. If anyone wants to eat good Belarusian pancakes and borscht, then next to the Vietnamese cafe Minutka, where they feed from the heart and are not even very expensive. The hotel is clean, tidy, and the staff is very polite. The room is quite Spartan. There is a bed, a table, a TV, the Internet is fast. In the shower stall, the shower is located very high, it is problematic to adjust its position because I am not a basketball player. Everything you need is in the room. The breakfast buffet, well, is very modest in assortment, but everything is delicious and I did not stay hungry, I ate heartily so that I had enough until the evening.
In general, if you do not bother and do not require something unusual from a two-star hotel, then the most important thing is to stay in it.

I had a single room with breakfast in the cafe at the hotel. It's quite a decent place, with a variety of dishes. The hotel can be reached from the center in 20 minutes by public transport. The disadvantage of this hotel is that there is no kettle and refrigerator in the room and drinking water is only on the 1st floor. But the hotel has only 2 stars - so it's fine. I also want to note the area around the hotel - cleanliness, a lot of benches for recreation.

We lived for 4 days in early October. Our room was small, but with a huge bathroom. The furniture is good, the mattress is comfortable. Wi-Fi in the room (3rd floor) caught perfectly. It was very warm (heating). The staff is friendly. We ate at the cafe at the hotel and were delighted with the food on the menu - everything is very tasty and large portions - the prices are acceptable. I also liked the buffet breakfast (22 br): very tasty sausages, mannikin, dairy products - in my opinion, an assortment for any (adequate) taste. In general, we are 100% free%

But this is not the south, it is quite normal and enough for a couple of nights.
The location is convenient. Although not in the center of Minsk, it is very convenient to get to the center by bus along the belt. There is also a large Hippo shopping center nearby, where everything is available - a supermarket with food and souvenirs, a Cornflower cafe (a good Belarusian cafe chain) and a currency exchange.

We chose this hotel and did not regret it: a 2-room room, with a shower-toilet in the room, with a TV in each room, 2 towels. yes, without a hair dryer and white coats with slippers, but everything is very clean, neat, decent. the room cost 147p, and in the morning 22p buffet breakfast is very normal in the cafe at the same hotel. A very comfortable hotel for its price. It has a good location and its own Parking (by the way, there is a Lukoil gas station nearby, where there is 100 gasoline). A pretty good and delicious breakfast in the morning. You can have lunch and dinner at the same cafe.

Everything is simple but clean here. The staff is pleasant. The bed linen and towels are clean, soap, shampoo and shower gel are laid out. My room had only furniture, a TV and glasses. In the bathroom of the room: toilet, sink, shower. There was no refrigerator, kettle, or air conditioner. It suited me, since I only came to the hotel to spend the night.
The cooler is on the ground floor. If you need to leave food in the refrigerator, then give it to the receptionist (pick it up through her too).
There is a cafe in the hotel (the prices are not small, but the food is like in the dining room). I had to eat there once...
there are several public transport stops nearby. There was always room for a car in the parking lot.
There is a free luggage storage for things (you can leave them after checking out of the room). This is not some kind of closet in the hallway, but a whole room with shelves, locked.
Good value for money.

I lived in a 4-bed room. 2 large tables for food and work. There are a lot of outlets, I didn't even unpack the extension cord. There are only 4 glass cups from the dishes. The rooms are large, there are plenty of storage places (it would be better to put a refrigerator). It's warm in winter, the water is hot and the pressure is good. There are towels. One key card per room. There is an elevator. It's clean enough. To the center, bus 127 (stops back near Hippo), trolleybus 36 (everywhere the driver has tickets for 90 kopecks per ticket), sometimes 4x cheaper by taxi. Parking in front of the hotel is free. A good option, for the price of a hostel. It is the most convenient option for a family with adult children. I booked and paid for it.Traveling. I canceled my initial reservation a month before the trip for free, because a week before arrival, the price for a 7-day room became 700rubles cheaper. Keep track.

Comfortable beds, clean bed linen.
now about the cons (they are also in the photo):
in my 1st standard room, except for 1 pack of shampoo and soap, 2 towels, 1 cup and a spoon for shoes, there was nothing. Cleaning of the room for 3 days of stay was not carried out even once, although the workload of the hotel is very low. There is no water in the room, as well as on the floor, there is also no kettle and refrigerator, perhaps they are in superior rooms, but that's another question. You need to go to the 1st floor for water and then go back to the room with boiling water, as expected, there is also nowhere to take tea.
The first thing that caught my eye was the dirty and sometimes damaged carpet, an armchair that has been standing in this hotel apparently since the very beginning of its work.
The bathroom is generally a separate thing that I would like to talk about.
there was no shelf near the mirror in the shower, only two towels and, most importantly, this is a shower holder - it is designed apparently for people 2.00+ tall, because at 160 I could not reach it even on my toes. The water is very cold, there is an unpleasant smell in the bathroom (probably due to poor ventilation), the hotel does not provide a dental kit, shaving kit, slippers after all. The shower stall is dirty and closes very weakly, leaving the shower all the water is all over the bathroom.
Well, the highlight of the program, so to speak, the cherry on the cake is a hair dryer. I refuse to comment on anything about him, everything is already visible in the photo. I just don't understand how you can give this to a guest.

One of the advantages is the large free parking. The gas station is just one step away.
At the same time, except for the shopping center (the hypermarket is open until 2 a.m.), there is nothing in the area after 23 in a radius of 3-5 km.
For the future, as a flophouse is normal. As a tourist with my family, I will never stop here.

A very nice hotel! Convenient location in a residential area, you can easily get to the center of Minsk in 15 minutes by trolleybus number 3 or 16. Nearby there is a large Hippo hypermarket, the famous Cornflowers. We spent two nights at the hotel in different rooms, we liked the suite more than the two-room one. The suite has somehow cleaner and newer furniture, bathroom + there is a refrigerator. The hotel has an elevator, which is very convenient when you have a heavy suitcase. There is also a free luggage storage, which can be used even if you have checked out of the room. I recommend it!

A clean and tidy hotel. It seems to me that the hotel building is from Soviet times, but it has been renovated well - the room is fresh, clean, the furniture and plumbing are new. Not in the city center. Our Windows overlooked the industrial area, but the view was quite acceptable, there was no noise. On the other hand, a pleasant residential area. The cafe is open from 7 to 23. The food is good, buffet style. The metro is not nearby, but there is a bus and a trolleybus nearby. The contingent is normal - both people with children and even clearly foreigners from far abroad. I didn't find a water cooler, there was no hair dryer in the room.

Plus, many hotels suffer from lighting problems in the rooms. They did so great here, they connected as many as 3 lamps. It is very light and comfortable, there is enough lighting for the whole room, otherwise it happens like you live in a basement.

Everything you need in the room is there, well, that is, almost everything - you had to ask the administrator for a hairdryer separately. The room is small, the bed is quite comfortable. The carpet on the floor is stained, you don't walk barefoot.
The shower stall is flimsy, you step on it and it warps, but it held up. And it didn't flow anywhere. There is a water cooler only on the 1st floor, and when the water ran out in it in the evening, no one changed the bottle, I had to buy bottled water.
I was pleased with the breakfast- it was not particularly tasty, but no one will go hungry for any appetite, there is a large selection of food and drinks.
I understand that everything is very good for 2*, but there are moments that cannot be justified by any "stardom" - mold in the shower and garbage on the stairs. The impression is that the garbage from above will just mix down so that it is below the 1st floor, where it lies. The stairs had obviously not been washed for a long time. I publish photos from the bathroom in the hope that employees will pay attention to this, because it is not difficult to eliminate it at all. Minus 1 star for exactly that!
