One of the most profitable forwarders. I've been ordering through them from the USA for 5 years now. The cumulative system works by kilograms, you order more - the price will decrease over time. Over the past year, we have managed to significantly speed up the delivery time and have become fast. There is a Kaspi QR payment. Among the disadvantages: the pick-up point (and as far as I remember, this is already the 5th crossing) is a little far from the city... but there are no queues as it was in 1-2-3 locations, and we waited for hours! 😁 They are issued instantly now. And of course, it's better and more comfortable here than the 4th location in the cemetery was 💀

Terrible service! The parcel arrived at their warehouse in Turkey a month ago, but no one was able to report the status or update the information in their personal account. The phone is not answered in principle. They respond rudely to the voice-up: "we don't need to write to us all the time, we will contact you ourselves." Customer focus is below the baseboard.
When the letter finally arrived that the parcel had arrived in Almaty, they could not give it to me at the office because it had not been delivered from the warehouse. When asked when they would be delivered, they answered "maybe tomorrow." What is this? Let's still guess at the dates of parcel delivery on chamomile?!
I have not picked up the parcel, once again I am standing in a kilometer-long queue😡
It's a shame that I have no choice, because the parcel has already been redeemed with my money and I have to walk, wait and waste time.
