There have never been any problems with delivery. Everything is delivered on time. The service is normal. I say this because I haven't used other services, and these have been for 10 years. the disadvantage is that it's a long way to go if you pick up by pickup, and local delivery sometimes doesn't fit in time and can be delivered at night.

One of the most profitable forwarders. I've been ordering through them from the USA for 5 years now. The cumulative system works by kilograms, you order more - the price will decrease over time. Over the past year, we have managed to significantly speed up the delivery time and have become fast. There is a Kaspi QR payment. Among the disadvantages: the pick-up point (and as far as I remember, this is already the 5th crossing) is a little far from the city... but there are no queues as it was in 1-2-3 locations, and we waited for hours! 😁 They are issued instantly now. And of course, it's better and more comfortable here than the 4th location in the cemetery was 💀

For 4 years, they have not failed once, parcels always arrive. I removed one star for the fact that parcels are actually traveling longer than stated, at least a month and a half the parcel will go. Because they are sent 1 time a week and sometimes for some reason after a week. I also removed the star for the service - they are very poorly customer-oriented - they respond for a long time, reluctantly, there is little feedback and work as if as a favor. I just have a discount for kilograms, so I continue to work with them out of habit. Another 1 time was summed up in terms of shoe boxes - I ordered expensive shoes, asked to save the box (I noted this on the website in a special field and additionally in the notes) - but the boxes were still not saved, they were sent in a package. And they just shrugged at my indignation, like, sorry, there are such mistakes.
