I came to ask a question about verification. I found a "hallway" with a sofa and several easy pay terminals, where, besides me, there was only a security guard. There was no hint of electronic queue terminals. When I tried to ask who I could contact, he only explained that there was a girl sitting here (one for all the clients?), but they were on a break now, so she wasn't there and I had to wait. I was very thirsty in this heat, but there was no cooler, and the guard confirmed that they unfortunately did not have water for me. But this is the most basic thing for a place that accepts customers! Especially in the hot Yerevan summer. I still didn't understand what it was—it felt like I was in the wrong place, but the easy pay logos and their terminals were everywhere... And yes, as already mentioned in another review, verification in the application simply does not work, and when I managed to get through to support, they sent me to the agency, which, like, did not send them my data.
