This hotel has both its disadvantages and advantages. It depends on what you need first. Because you may not notice the cons, but you will definitely appreciate the pros. So, if in Pattaya you do not plan to sit in your room all day, but are going to walk, hang out, swim in the sea, then this hotel will definitely suit you, because of its convenient location. It is located on the second street, very close to the sea. Directly opposite is the Central Marina shopping center, with the Big C supermarket, where you can buy inexpensive food and alcohol. A little further away is the Terminal Shopping center with a huge food court, and on the fourth floor in Peers 21 you can eat well and cheaply, a portion of food costs from 30 baht. Right outside the hotel, you can catch a tuk tuk and drive to 10 baht walking street or any other place. Actually, the big fat plus of the hotel is its location. It is located right in the center of everything or not far away. The disadvantages relate directly to the room, firstly there is no refrigerator, but it is not particularly needed if you can always have a snack across the street. The repair is more or less not old. They came to clean every day, but only made the bed and changed the towel. Sometimes they forgot to report the paper. You could hear the noise of the street through the air conditioner, but it was almost always on, and its noise drowned everything out. There was a safe, a TV and a hairdryer. If you only plan to spend the night in the room, feel free to take it and do not even doubt, you will not find a more convenient place for this money.

I love this hotel! I was 3 times in Pattaya and 2 times in Bangkok at the hotel of this chain. The regulars of Turkey and Egypt will be immediately unhappy! The hotel is simple, but everything is neat and tasteful. There is no closet, but the two of us have placed things quite normally, hangers can be taken at the reception. Or are you carrying a bunch of stuff in a Tie? People are very critical of the hotel, while they knew where they were going, how can you write cons if you already know about it? Clean, comfortable beds, full-fledged showers, not over the toilet, and this is for 700-900 baht. There are no insects. And there are such hotels where insects climb. Take the Greenpark Resort, there is a swimming pool or Siam@Siam, but the prices will be appropriate. P/S. in the future, I will visit their hotels in other places - Phuket, Philippines, Japan Before that, my first hotel was the Unique Regency, I can't say anything bad either, although there is no transport from there, on Pratamnak.
