They work with Ihlos travel travel agency in Samarkand.We paid for the round-trip tickets, my loved ones were supposed to arrive on March 31 from Umrah!Today is April 2nd.Generally rude staff, I asked them if you had bought round-trip tickets, I say, somehow the tour agency started threatening with ugly words! Don't I have the right to ask?He says it's not their fault, they're blaming the airline.After all, they took responsibility for the people who drove them.It is now unknown when the loved ones will arrive in Samarkand and in what way.
