Terrible attitude towards customers. The situation is similar as in the previous review. We waited two days for the container, called them, promised they would definitely bring it. On the third day, they said they would figure it out, and silence. The container is still missing. I do not recommend ordering a container here if you do not want to waste time and nerves!

the attitude towards the patients of promto is worse than ever. I called, asked if they could deliver the container tomorrow, they answered, yes, my deadlines are on fire, I'm calling tomorrow around 15.00 +-, will there be a container? they answered yes from 17 to 19, at 18:30 they no longer pick up the phone, the next day they called until about 10.00, they did not pick up the phone. I lost money because of them, and I almost let the customer down. Before that, I contacted them in the spring, the same story, I brought them, the container was brought, either very late or on another day, I do not advise them to get involved, it is not a very reliable organization
