I really liked the service. Everything is thought out and fast.
I picked up the car at the agreed time. We could have waited a little and brought them to the hotel.
We took the car from the hotel, we didn't have to go by ourselves.
The only drawback is the additional cost of washing. It is quite possible to "sew" into the price
Otherwise, I highly recommend it. And I will still use it myself

I've rented cars from this company several times. Mustang, both for trips around the city and the highway, to see the views. So is outlander for a trip to the mountains at the Goderdzi ski resort. In both cases, the service was top notch! The car was delivered with a full tank and clean! Upon return, they will also pick you up from the place where it is more convenient for you! I rent cars very often and have tried almost all the leases that are available in Georgia.
The guys are very cool with the service , they always give the car clean and with a full tank (which is sometimes very important) water, wet wipes and charging wires for any device are also a plus.
Another big plus is giving back and getting a car at any convenient point for you.
The cars are all in perfect condition, it is very pleasant to rent.

I wanted to take a car with full insurance, which I wrote about three times in correspondence, and asked to send the contract in advance. And so it was a surprise when the promised full insurance turned out to be my responsibility for car theft, for an accident due to my fault, and windows and wheels (but, okay, little things), my responsibility for an accident was not my fault, above the insured amount (the amount was not specified in the contract) In general, this is the usual minimum package. And even for each day of delay, if you need to pay for something (in case of theft, accident, damage), penalties are charged. I asked for full insurance, to which they replied that there was no other insurance in Georgia. I had to give up and take the car in another campaign, where all the risks are really insured. There was a complete impression that these are NOT HONEST people. I strongly advise you not to contact them. Yes, and we also agreed for a certain time to deliver the car to the address, when I wrote at the agreed time, it turned out that they were still leaving 30 minutes from me.....

I was looking for a car for 3 days on a trip with my family to Svaneti. I left a request on the Easy Rent Car website. The manager in telegram contacted me very quickly and helped me pick up the car, told me all the conditions. When I picked up the car, it was clean inside and out, with a hollow tank. Great rental. I wrote on Thursday evening that I needed a car the next day - they answered quickly, what was not occupied and what options were available.
The car was brought directly to the house where I live, and was picked up a couple of hours later at 7 a.m. from the same place (there was a train early in the morning).
I rented a challenger, a fun car, although it is too big for the local streets) I have long wanted to test it- to ride.
The condition of the car is good, it is clear that the mileage of 90k makes itself felt, but everything is clean, nothing is broken. They gave me a couple of bottles of water with the car and wet wipes - very nice.
The conditions are standard - the length of service, return with a full tank, if the lease is short - they charge a little money for the sink. You can rent it for cash, you need to leave a deposit.
In general, everything is fine - thanks for the rent!

We took a BMW, a clean, well-groomed car, the cabin smells nice. We went to the waterfalls and Sarpi beach, the handling and dynamics are wonderful. The car was handed over with a short, succinct briefing, with an emphasis on the specifics of driving in Georgia and actions in case of an accident. I liked that full insurance is included. A couple of bottles of water and wet wipes as a gift in the car are very useful. Cars are brought and taken to the right place, very convenient. At the end of the car rental, you will need to fill the tank completely yourself. And when handing over the car, pay 20-25 rubles for the car wash (if the car wash was included in the rental price, it would be even more pleasant). About the cost, $ 120/day for September 2023. The payment is accepted, including by transfer to a Russian card. By the way, gasoline in Georgia is 2 times more expensive by the standards of the Russian Federation.
A cabriolet ride is great, but be sure to bring a cap and sunglasses. It is warm in the evening with the climate system turned off.

We decided to go to the Georgian canyons near Kutaisi on the weekend.
We chose a high and comfortable car, we saw a suitable option in an Instagram advertisement from Easy Rent Car Batumi - VW Tiguan.
I wrote to the direct, the guys promptly responded, consulted and the next day the car was driven to our address.
The car on the trip did not cause any complaints, in good technical condition, clean and well-groomed. Very economical. A good high beam, which saved us on Georgian roads from cows and pedestrians suddenly appearing out of nowhere.

Definitely one of the best car rental services in Batumi!
A large selection of interesting cars, all well-groomed, clean, pleasant managers in the chat and at the meeting.
The car is issued with a full tank, and it is much more convenient (to refuel before delivery to full) than to calculate liters in order to return "as it was" (in all other services this is exactly the case).
