They flatly refused to make a discount on the last pair of size 45 shoes with an obvious defect (severe abrasion of the nubuck). The decision-maker was not contacted. Instead of discussing the reasons for not presenting the discount, the store manager allegedly "took" the pair from sale. I bet they'll put it back right away. Indescribable greed. I've been buying shoes at ecco all my life, this is the first time I've encountered this attitude.
