You can't call it a restaurant, just a diner near a shopping mall. A couple of tables for sellers from the same shopping center. We haven't tried hookah, which is advertised in the reviews here by the staff of the same institution. However, the tea was not bad, but a nearby sewer stream (not a river) spoiled the view and the air. In general, for tea, Mercy.
