In response to my arguments that the thing had lost its appearance, the workers tried to convince me that this was not because of their work. I was forced to come for the third time, I was told that the manager was not working today. I just wanted to refund the money for the damaged item, but they told me that in any case I would have to come back. This attitude towards customers is absolutely unacceptable. I can't understand how you can leave people without solving their problems, especially when it comes to money and spoiled things.
