Great hotel. The location is good, close to the center of Dilijan, and there's even a minibus that goes there. It's very calm and relaxing. The food is fresh and delicious. The area is surrounded by forest and river. The prices are budget friendly.

We had booked a room in advance, specifically mentioning that we were coming with a dog. They said, *“yes, no problem.”* When we arrived, there was no staff on site. After asking around, we finally found a woman who greeted us in a very rude manner. On the spot, we also found out that the bathroom was not inside the room. A little later, we got a call saying that the manager had seen the dog and decided: *“the dog is too big, we won’t accept you.”* They created the problem themselves, and instead of providing a proper solution, they just sent us some random, low-quality photos of another guesthouse nearby — which we didn’t like. We replied that their offer was unacceptable, but after that they never responded again. They didn’t even care to check whether we managed to find a place to stay or if we were left outside, despite the fact that we had come from far away. If you want to ruin your holiday, waste your nerves, and be treated with indifference and zero service — this is the right place. In every other case, avoid it. Նախօրոք ամրագրել էինք սենյակ, հատուկ զգուշացրել, որ շան հետ ենք։ Ասացին՝ «հա, խնդիր չկա»։ Հասանք տեղ, անձնակազմը տեղում չէր, հարցուփորձ անելուց հետո գտանք մի կնոջ, ով դիմավորեց անքաղաքավարի կերպով, տեղում էլ իմացանք, որ լոգարանը սենյակի մեջ չի, հետո էլ զանգեցին ու ասեցին, որ տնօրենը տեսել է շանը ու որոշել՝ «մեծ ա, ձեզ չենք ընդունի»։ Խնդիրն իրենք ստեղծեցին, լուծում տալու փոխարեն ուղարկեցին կողքի հյուրատան պատահական, անորակ նկարներ, հյուրատունն էլ չհավանեցինք: Մենք էլ գրեցինք, որ առաջարկը մեզ համար ընդունելի չի, բայց էդտեղից հետո էլ ոչ մի արձագանք: Չհետաքրքրվեցին՝ մենք ի վերջո տեղ գտա՞նք, թե՞ մնում ենք դրսում, հեռվից եկած մարդկանց հանդեպ զրոյական ուշադրություն։ Եթե ուզում եք ձեր հանգիստը փչացնել, նյարդերը քայքայել ու ստանալ անտարբերություն ու զրոյական սպասարկում՝ սա ճիշտ տեղն է։ Մնացած բոլոր դեպքերում՝ շրջանցեք։

A beautiful place in the bosom of nature. The guest house is very cozy, clean and beautifully decorated. Friendly staff, delicious food and, of course, a relaxed atmosphere. An ideal place to stay in Dilijan. We will definitely come back))
