Pros: we booked via WhatsApp, BUT we didn't understand each other, and the early booking DIDN'T WORK out, so the price turned out to be slightly higher. The food is delicious and varied. The rooms are clean. Toilet and shower in each room. The LAKE is 5 minutes from the hotel, the mud is white, black, gray. To the ARBAT [walking, bars, cafes, shops] 15-20min. In general, the administrator is friendly, will prompt and help. Cons: they promised the children a cinema, but it wasn't ready, the pool was for children, everyone was climbing! no matter how it is cleaned, the room has never been cleaned in 6 days of stay, the first few days there was a mess with food, there was not enough, they cooked, we had to sit and wait. Children are afraid of spiders, you could at least periodically go with a broom, clean up, otherwise all the houses are covered in cobwebs and spiders. CONCLUSION: no matter how the first impression turned out, we LIKED everything, we will come again.

You have everything for a wonderful holiday.: 1. The territory of your base impresses with its well-groomed and beautiful, lots of flowers! 2. Large and clean swimming pool. 3. Cozy and comfortable rooms. Every day, the girl offered wet cleaning. 4. The excellent work of the animators, especially Tomiris, created an atmosphere of joy and fun for all the guests. 5. Cozy movie nights. 6. Exciting discos. 7. Delicious cuisine. And a wonderful waiter girl. Thank you to the administration for your responsiveness and attention to our wishes. Thanks to your professionalism and kindness, our vacation has become truly unforgettable.

My family didn't like it. The service is lousy, the food leaves much to be desired. About the hospitality of the staff is generally a separate conversation, for yourself, the music is at least until midnight, and for the guests, and even more so if you look European, 21:25, kindly turn it off. I will never recommend this recreation area, even to the enemy, let alone to friends and family.
