The diagnosis lasted 1 minute, announced the price of 58 thousand. We told the master that it was expensive for us, after which he offered to bypass the company for 35 thousand. It turned out to be expensive anyway + I was confused that the price was announced with such a short visual diagnosis. After our refusal of the service, the master began to assure us that it would certainly be more expensive everywhere and demanded 5 thousand for departure. On the eco service and remstiralmaty website.kz it is indicated that the check-out and diagnostics are free, when you call us, they also did not tell us that if you refuse the service, the check-out costs 5 thousand.
We started swearing and his arguments in view of the fact that "I spent gasoline", "I was in traffic for an hour" and "in general, no one will come to you for free like that" did not bother us at all. Why should this person earn such money for a couple of minutes of "work"? Why, if the company has such conditions, was it not announced initially? As working people, we value other people's time, but if this is not mentioned anywhere and a person brazenly bends his line and tries to rip off money for nothing, then why should we even care about his gasoline and time? Our time was also wasted.
I hope the eco service company will stop cooperating with these "repairers" of washing machines

A very unpleasant situation occurred, about a month ago I ordered the repair of the air conditioner (water was flowing from it), freon was poured and the air conditioner was cleaned, the total amount was 50,000. But no receipt, no certificate of completed work was provided, I asked you to send it to me several times. Because it is not clear what this amount is made of! After a month, the air conditioner flowed again. And now, after long negotiations with the manager, where they convinced me that the master's work needs to be paid for again, and I'm wrong, he offers me to pay for the master's 3000 call and the master will redo the work for free. They also have a 1-year warranty written on their website, and they assured me on the phone that it was only 14 days. And they didn't provide me with any documents. The craftsmen are so bad that their repair takes a month. After all this, I do not recommend this service to anyone. You can find better and cheaper craftsmen. And for this service, I have to write an application to the tax service and an application through the consumer protection platform.

The worst service center I've seen. I do not recommend anyone to contact here. The courier took the clothes steamer for diagnostics. A week later, they called and said they would not be able to repair it.
When I came to pick it up, they gave me a steamer without a rack and hangers. Then, after the proceedings, the hangers were still taken out, but broken and hastily glued. As a result, the hangers on the rack did not hold. I wrote a claim and left them the part they had broken. They promised to call back in a week. But of course they didn't. It's been almost a month now. They feed you breakfast. And today they even said that I came and took the hangers. Since I didn't take anything, it turns out that they lost it.
I have already ordered the necessary part from Aliexpress initially, it should arrive in a few days, but without hangers I will not be able to use the steamer normally.
As a result, Eco-servise was not only not repaired, but also broken.

The most disgusting service I've ever been in. If you don't want to waste your nerves and time, then don't even contact them.
First, you will be constantly ignored, when you call you will be told that your device is in operation and you will get a call back, and then nothing will happen in the end until you start doing this every day for 5 days and start talking in a completely different tone. That's when they start moving and at least something to answer.
Secondly, the deadlines that you will be told, you can not listen at all. They will delay everything that is possible)) they said they would do it in 2 weeks, three passed and in the end they said they had not fixed it. They've been messing with my phone for three weeks to finally say that they haven't fixed anything. I do not know what to do with it for so long
I needed to fix the phone - replace the motherboard, as the processor burned out. They said that they would do it and there was the necessary part, then they said that it would be ready the other day, it was by the end of the second week, but they did nothing, then another week passed, and in the end it turned out that there was no part and it did not start, but initially they said that the part was found and what they would do.
As a result, I took the phone without repair, after I took it, they told me to sign a paper where it was written near the painting that I had no complaints, and the amount of payment for the repair. For repairs that no one has done 😀 This impressed me even more. One question, guys, are you serious?) Of course, I didn't sign it, but the fact remains that the amount to be paid was written on the paper. It's a disgrace. Therefore, I do not advise anyone to come here. A lot of wasted time...

Twice they sent me messages with the text that everything was ready, I came and tested absolutely no changes, both did not work and continued not to work. As a result, today is April 6 (two and a half months have passed) they did not fix or replace the sensors, just wasted time, I do not recommend...
I asked them to print out the diagnostic results and they said that this is a paid service, that is, they literally did nothing and also wanted me to pay them something, just There are no words.
