I waited all day and during this time I called several times to find out when the master would arrive, I was fed only with promises, the master never arrived. I do not recommend it, from the word AT ALL! this company has such a laudatory website about themselves, but in fact it's just nothing...Today, on April 7, 2025, I called them, left a request for air conditioning repairs, and Timur, the manager, accepted the request (he introduced himself on the phone) and said that there were a lot of orders, so they would arrive tomorrow. An hour later, another "manager" calls back (God forgive me), introduced himself as Damir, and says we will not repair your air conditioner. I ask, why? .... and the answer is silence...And there are dead people with scythes along the roads.....So it's not a serious company, I don't recommend it, God saved me from them.
