I do not recommend it, from the word AT ALL! this company has such a laudatory website about themselves, but in fact it's just nothing...Today, on April 7, 2025, I called them, left a request for air conditioning repairs, and Timur, the manager, accepted the request (he introduced himself on the phone) and said that there were a lot of orders, so they would arrive tomorrow. An hour later, another "manager" calls back (God forgive me), introduced himself as Damir, and says we will not repair your air conditioner. I ask, why? .... and the answer is silence...And there are dead people with scythes along the roads.....So it's not a serious company, I don't recommend it, God saved me from them.

Everything they say, they write lies. Don't get caught by the beautiful words that are written on their website. I was also happy at the beginning when I went to their website, everything is written like in a fairy tale. The first thing surprised me when I called and found out that they have a 50t paid master's call, and it says on the website that the master's call is free of charge. Okay, I agreed with this, I ordered a laptop repair technician at home. I was told that the master would arrive within an hour. I waited all day and during this time I called several times to find out when the master would arrive, I was fed only with promises, the master never arrived. In the evening, I decided to refuse their service, but the phone was no longer picked up.

The service is at level 0. I left a request for laptop repair - as a result, the master called and said that we need to go to the market and look for a part for it on our own.
Question: then what are you and your service for?
As a result, I turned to others, I do not recommend it, unless you want to get advice in the spirit of "decide for yourself".
