We traveled from Prague to Karlovy Vary. The bus arrived on time, the interior was clean, coffee was served during the trip, and an entertainment system was operating in the seats.

The bus from Tallinn at 16.45 on August 14 was delayed for an hour! I arrived for loading TWO minutes before departure! Then you were supposedly waiting for someone ? As a result, I got out of the schedule. They were held at the entrance for 45 minutes at the Estonian border. The borders have passed more or less, but I arrived in St. Petersburg more than an hour and a half late!!! I wrote to the support service, so I was also cursed! I strongly advise you not to use this company for moving! She has outlived herself !!!

The Tallinn branch at the bus station is permanently closed. They change the signs: "break from 12:40 to 13:40." You come at 14:02. A new sign "break from 14 to 15" has been written. Which, of course, did not exist before! There is no answer on the phone. Question to the management: How many times do I have to come to buy a ticket? How many times is a new break postponed and scheduled?
