The lab is terrible. Yesterday, the employee could not find me in the database, thinking that the request from the insurance company had not yet arrived. She told me to come the next day. I searched for 15 minutes today, but I had to try to type my full name not only in English, but also in Russian. As a result, it turned out that they could not accept the analysis, because it was too late. Although they didn't tell me about it yesterday. And since they were looking for a name for a very long time, other laboratories were also closed! Then she forgot to schedule one test, as a result, they took my blood twice, giving me three injections. The most unqualified staff, there are a lot of other laboratories nearby, go there.

Employees do everything quickly and easily. Nurse Nora is very responsive, smiling, attentive, the admin (I don't remember the name) is also a nice, pleasant girl, always does everything clearly and quickly. The prices are normal, I like the quality.

I didn't like it. The girl at the reception made a lot of mistakes, which I pointed out, they were not corrected in the end. The results were sent to the wrong email address. One result of the analysis is delayed, another doctor said that such a thing could not happen in a child, and either the study was done incorrectly, or the results were mixed up altogether. I haven't gotten through yet. They don't work on Sundays, even though it is stated on Yandex. At the same time, they position themselves as premium. It doesn't smell like premium
