Review of travel agency and holidays in the UAE
We recently returned from an unforgettable vacation in the United Arab Emirates, and I want to share my experience.
Travel Agency:
We contacted the Ecotrevel travel agency. From the very beginning, we were pleased with the high level of service. The manager Marina Demidchik, who handled our tour, was a professional in her field, attentive to our wishes. She helped us choose the perfect hotel, taking into account our budget and preferences. All the documents were prepared on time, and we did not encounter any problems during the trip.
Holidays in the UAE:
As for the rest itself, it was just great! We spent one day in Dubai, enjoying its modern attractions.: Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, the artificial islands of Palm Jumeirah — all this left an indelible impression. I especially remember the evening fountain show at the Burj Khalifa - a sight worth seeing!
The BM Beach hotels, Ras al Khaimah was at the highest level, despite a little tired renovation, generally price-quality. Excellent service, cleanliness and a variety of food — all this made our stay comfortable.
UAE beaches are a separate topic. Clean sand and warm sea, despite the month of January, made our days on the beach a real pleasure.
Conclusion:
Overall, our vacation in the UAE has become a real holiday for body and soul. Many thanks to the Ecotrevel travel agency, personally to Marina Demidchik for her professionalism and customer care. We will definitely come back for new experiences! We will plan holidays with you in the future.

We contacted the Ecotravel agency for a tour to Cuba. Manager Anna heard all our wishes and instantly selected a tour that meets our requirements. Everything is clear, fast, understandable, transparent. We had a rest in Varadero and Havana (combined tour), all transfers were arranged. Manager Anna has been in touch with us 24/7, for which we thank her very much! There was also 24/7 support for a guide in Cuba (Anextur). The rest was great! Cuba is a paradise. I usually prepared everything for the visas myself. But this time we decided to use the help of specialists to make an appointment at the Spanish visa center in Moscow and arrange reservations for transport, hotels and other documents. We turned to Radmila on June 2nd and a few days later we were already booked for an interview in Moscow on June 19th. Everything went very quickly in Moscow. After reviewing our packages of documents, we were told that we had done well and accepted and released everything without any additional questions. The hardest part was waiting for the results. But as a result, passports with visas came. Even my mother had a visa for a month put in a clean biometric passport. I must say that Radmila did not leave us. During the preparation of documents and after, we have addressed and are addressing questions about the trip and always receive a quick and comprehensive answer.
Advice for those who will get to Moscow on their own. It is convenient to go there by Swallow. But choose Belarusian trains back. And it is advisable to have some kind of document besides your passport, which you will leave at the visa application center. Even a notarized copy of the passport is not suitable for Russian trains. We had to hand over the return tickets for the Swallow and buy new ones for the Belarusian train

In June, we applied to Ecotravel for help in opening a Spanish visa. The filing was in Minsk, we quickly signed up for the end of June, and in July we received back our passports with visas. I contacted the Ecotravel travel agency, bought a ticket to Hainan, through the manager Maria.
1. The manager threw off all the documents and said she would contact and explain everything. As a result, until I asked when we would get in touch, apparently no one was going to call me.
We flew to Hainan from Moscow with a transfer to Chengdu . The manager said that the tickets would be given immediately to the island and the luggage would not need to be picked up anywhere, in the end everything was completely different.
2. We were not warned that we should change the airport in Chengdu, although I asked about it several times and the ticket even says "airport change", but I was assured that nothing needs to be changed. As a result, it was necessary to quickly figure it out and take a taxi (230th), the manager said she would return the money because it was not their "joint", although it was just their "joint"
3. Upon arrival, they forgot to meet us at the airport.
4. Instead of the declared bed, as it was written in the papers and for which they paid extra, they put a cot on which it was impossible to sit, let alone sleep
5. There was a flight delay on the way back from Sanya to Chengdu, the manager informed us already when we "boarded" in Chengdu.
6. And on the way back, it was also necessary to change the airport.
7. On the way back, there was a transfer of 17 hours and it was possible to book a hotel with a transfer for free from the airline, but the manager told me that the airline does not provide anything!
8. I wrote a mini-review to Maria's manager, but she did not respond.
9. Rely only on yourself and read all the information about your vacation in advance so that there are no incidents.
10. I recommend the Sanya Baohong Shanghai Huating Boutique Hotel 5* and nothing else!

The employee responsible for visa processing (Natalia) was completely disoriented about the process: after talking on the phone, she threw off the list of documents required for submission, then, when the documents were almost collected, she said, "why did you waste time if you haven't been registered at the visa center yet." Lol, couldn't you have said that right away? As for the certificate from the bank, I ask: should I do it normally or with the movement of funds? He answers "Yes, the usual one is possible," then, when the (usual) certificate has already been made: "Do it in three months with the movement of funds." In short, a complete horror.
