A great cozy house to relax from the hustle and bustle. 4 isolated bedrooms, a living room and a veranda, each with a large table for eating and board games. There is a fireplace in the living room. The house is clean, the bed linen is excellent. The house was warmed up by our arrival. It was warm and cozy. There is everything you need from utensils. Direct access to the lake. There is a boat with oars and life jackets. A well-maintained plot with a campfire. We really enjoyed it!!! Of the cons. I could feel the springs in the single bed.

It's a very nice house. A hospitable hostess. Furniture, bed linen, kitchen equipment - everything is in perfect order. The bathhouse was heated every evening. One problem is that the lake is nearby, but the approach is not very convenient. And we came fishing! And! The moose came to say hello!

We rested here for a week, we really liked everything. The owners are great - clean, neat, everything is thought out. 3 bathrooms, shower, sauna, gazebo, fireplace, barbecue, hot water, lots of beds. Only the beach is not very good, but it does not depend on the owners.

Wooden two-storey house. There are two bedrooms on the floor plus a living room with a fireplace. However, on the day of our arrival, the fireplace was not heated, something happened to the pipe. A large glazed veranda with a dining table. There is no shortage of dishes in the kitchen. There is enough of everything. There is a well on the site where water is collected. You can't drink water from the tap. The view from the veranda is amazing. There is a stork's nest not far from the house

The owner of the estate, just a "greedy grabber" announced the price for parking two motorhomes on the estate site at 100 rubles / day. (Approximately 3700₽) for one motorhome. Moreover, apart from 220V, there are no services (toilet, shower, washing machine, etc.). IT SUCKS!

Beautiful views, the space is beautifully decorated, an attentive and friendly hostess, a cafe nearby, were pleasantly surprised by the prices and quality of local cuisine. This is not a manor, but the house of a hunter and fisherman.The house has homemade beds with worn-out spring loads.There is one kitchen for everyone.There is only one stove.They don't give you towels.The walls are transparent in order to hear at night -mom, I want to write.There are a lot of animals in the evening-mosquitoes and horseflies.There is little water in the well.It is filled for 2 days.The hostess does not change the linen before departure.Or wash it in the lake.The hostess is not friendly.There was a smell of alcohol fumes from the settlers in the house.And they made noise like that until morning.This is not a vacation.This is when there is one family and no more.I didn't like it.This is a dorm by modern standards.There are no bathrooms on the 2nd floor.One for all on the 1st floor.Look for something better.I don't recommend it.

The case when they “started for health” ... :( I really liked the place and the house itself: the courtyard is cozy, the lake is close, you can go boating at any time, the house is spacious, nice outside and inside, apple trees with apples in the yard, a cafe is a 5-minute walk away, you can take food to take away, the car is close to Braslav. But the cons ...... Firstly, it is annoying that there is no Wi-Fi in the estate, and practically does not even catch the mobile Internet. The booking announcement doesn't say anything about it - it turned out to be an unpleasant surprise. I tried to find places to at least read a couple of messages, but I got tired of standing in uncomfortable positions, gave up and only got upset. No photos to show to your loved ones, no current affairs to solve, no study of the neighborhood map and the history of the place. Secondly, water. We were warned that it was “glandular”, but we only found out what it meant on the spot. An unpleasant smell, a brown suspension and something like an oxidation reaction to, for example, green tea. And my husband and I came with two 1.5-year-old children. As a result, they were afraid to bathe the children, instead of washing wet wipes, they washed the dishes, but washed them with water from the well, they did not dare to wash their hair - and so for 4 days. :((( And my hands and nails immediately acquired a bluish hue, as if I collect blueberries in the forest every day. To this complaint, the hostess said: “Well, let the husband wash the dishes more often.” In this regard, the rest began to resemble a struggle for survival. :( Thirdly, there are problems with the organization. The hostess said that we could stay an extra 5th day, and that she was waiting for us to tell if we would. And at the end of the rest, it turned out that she had agreed with others without asking us and we had to leave earlier. I asked what time it would be more convenient for us to leave. We wrote that after lunch, at 14, but the message was not sent due to poor Internet. The hostess did not call us back, agreed that the next ones would arrive at 14, and said that she would come at 12 to do the cleaning. How this is possible, while we are getting ready and small children are running around the house, I still did not understand. She said she would clean the floors, I imagined my children slipping and falling, and we decided to pack up and leave earlier so as not to get into this strange situation. We paid for three nights as soon as we arrived and got the impression that the hostess was not interested in negotiating with us in a human way, because why try, there are already new customers with new money, and these will somehow get over. Fourth, the batteries. It was at the end of August and the nights were already a little chilly. In a house without a stove, respectively, it is invigorating, allowing you to relax only under a blanket. They asked if it was possible to turn on the batteries if it was cold, to which the hostess said, “It's not so cold. And the tariff is expensive in summer.” And when my husband said on the phone that I was freezing, she advised me to hug my wife tighter.. About To these basic wrecks, we add a creaking floor, the absence of wardrobes, chairs and a table in the kitchen, a scary rusty plaque in the shower, drying clothes and towels only on the street, late-night music from neighboring houses. In general, the “rest” left a rusty residue in my soul, I returned home with relief, I don't want to repeat it.
