Instead of simply canceling the order and returning the money, they said that they would cook "at another point" and bring it in less than an hour. As a result, the order was delivered two hours later instead of the promised hour. The order turned out to be incomplete (they forgot to put compotes), and the salad "Ogorodny with cheese" did not contain cheese and radishes. The food tastes good - only because it has 2 stars, not one.
