The Edelweiss Hotel is absolutely not suitable for people with disabilities. We were settled from different parts of Kazakhstan, and the living conditions were simply terrible. The building is old, the toilets and showers are in extremely poor condition, and the rooms have a persistent smell of dampness and mold. Every day, we literally went through a "quest" with the guys: it was difficult to get to the right place, some of us slept in rooms without lights. It was a real test, not a comfortable accommodation.
