The Eden Water Park has become a real disappointment, and that's putting it mildly. The pools are dirty, there is garbage in the water park, clumps of hair are floating in the water, and the general atmosphere is disgusting. The water in the children's pool is green and muddy so that the bottom is not visible. The dishes that are brought are simply disgusting — dirty, with greasy traces and remnants of someone else's food. There is an unbearable smell of urine in the women's locker room and shower, garbage is lying on the lockers, which creates an extremely unpleasant impression. When we came to the water park and sat down at a table, it was dirty, greasy and sticky. The table itself was in such a deplorable condition that it was scary to sit behind it — when you put your elbow down, a unscrewed board can fly across your face. The waiters have to wait for half an hour, and they respond to requests to approach: "Right now, I'll get free and come over," after which they just disappear. The administrator ignores the comments of visitors, behaves frankly boorishly. Her behavior is simply outrageous, especially when she walks around the pool in shoes, violating all sanitary norms! And this is in the water, in which children and adults then swim. And contacting the administrator about dirty dishes also turned out to be useless — she replied in a joking way: "Okay, I'll talk," and continued to chat with her friends, ignoring the situation. In the evening, when the Eden employees were collecting sun umbrellas, they did not bother to warn us that they would be folding them. As a result, my boyfriend was hit in the back of the head with an iron pipe, and to our indignation, the staff simply turned around and left. Unfortunately, "Eden" has turned from a cozy place to relax into a hotbed of unsanitary conditions and a source of unpleasant emotions. The rest was completely ruined, and the impressions were the most negative. If you do not want to risk your health and get a negative experience, I strongly recommend not visiting this water park.
