The Eden Water Park has become a real disappointment, and that's putting it mildly. The pools are dirty, there is garbage in the water park, clumps of hair are floating in the water, and the general atmosphere is disgusting. The water in the children's pool is green and muddy so that the bottom is not visible. The dishes that are brought are simply disgusting — dirty, with greasy traces and remnants of someone else's food. There is an unbearable smell of urine in the women's locker room and shower, garbage is lying on the lockers, which creates an extremely unpleasant impression. When we came to the water park and sat down at a table, it was dirty, greasy and sticky. The table itself was in such a deplorable condition that it was scary to sit behind it — when you put your elbow down, a unscrewed board can fly across your face. The waiters have to wait for half an hour, and they respond to requests to approach: "Right now, I'll get free and come over," after which they just disappear. The administrator ignores the comments of visitors, behaves frankly boorishly. Her behavior is simply outrageous, especially when she walks around the pool in shoes, violating all sanitary norms! And this is in the water, in which children and adults then swim. And contacting the administrator about dirty dishes also turned out to be useless — she replied in a joking way: "Okay, I'll talk," and continued to chat with her friends, ignoring the situation. In the evening, when the Eden employees were collecting sun umbrellas, they did not bother to warn us that they would be folding them. As a result, my boyfriend was hit in the back of the head with an iron pipe, and to our indignation, the staff simply turned around and left. Unfortunately, "Eden" has turned from a cozy place to relax into a hotbed of unsanitary conditions and a source of unpleasant emotions. The rest was completely ruined, and the impressions were the most negative. If you do not want to risk your health and get a negative experience, I strongly recommend not visiting this water park.

There are no waiters at all, you wait for them for half an hour, and then they bring the dishes all dirty, as if they stupidly took them from another table and brought them. The water is terribly dirty, there are grubs floating, scraps of other people's hair, dirt, etc. The pool tiles are all covered in plaque. The children's pool is completely bloomed, the bottom is not visible! You tell the administrator that all these claims are generally on her side, and she is rude to everything. We were at this water park today. Nothing has changed, inadequate staff. Instead of apologizing for ruining our vacation last year, they started using obscene language behind our backs. We didn't even have the sense to do it in some other place, we stood under the windows of the locker room and discussed, without hesitation, the owner of the water park, pay attention to your staff!!! Inadequate people, just rude and rednecks!

We strongly advise against it! This is not a water park, but a shameful misunderstanding. We visited it again — and, like the last time, it was a complete failure. Absolutely nothing has changed! The staff was rude and inadequate, and they remained so. They openly insult visitors with mats, discuss them behind their backs (and sometimes in their faces), standing literally under the windows of the locker rooms. What level of service is this? The Middle Ages? Such behavior is a humiliation for any adequate person who has come to relax with his family. No respect, no responsibility, no basic education. It seems that they were recruited according to the criteria of "rudeness, aggression and complete indifference to clients." And yes, be prepared for the fact that if you write a truthful review, it will simply be deleted. The administration carefully cleans all negative comments to create the appearance of "perfect service". And if you keep writing, they may block you. This is no longer just disrespect, it is an attempt to silence the truth and hide systemic problems. The owner should urgently intervene if there is still even a drop of responsibility for what is happening. So far, this place can only be described as toxic, offensive, and dangerous for recreation. Don't waste your money, nerves and dignity on this "water park". Shame, shame and zero stars.
