03/07/26 I wanted to buy flowers in this establishment. When I arrived in the morning, after 9:00 a.m., I was rudely informed that they "would not make a pre-order for the afternoon, come after the fact and make a bouquet of what was left," but they did not ask or listen to what I would like to order and what they could offer me. It was not pleasant, but I came to them again, because I have been buying flowers from them for a long time and regularly, at 15:40+ I was served by a nice girl, we started discussing the order, I saw my favorite, perfect roses, I wanted to take more flowers for myself and my mother for the holiday, and not only to my friend (a flower arrangement for others), they started making a large bouquet for me, I clarified that the budget was limited, to which I received a caustic remark from one of the employees, I asked "can I make a mini-composition in a box or something", to which the same rude employee told me that there are no ready-made compositions with carnations (this was the basis of the TK) and they WILL NOT do anything. I felt offended and not pleased with such a "service", as if I had been dragged through the mud. There is definitely no more desire to purchase anything in your store network, although I used to be happy to advise you all as the best.
