I was in the store on 01.10.2025, went with my husband to buy two carnations, a grief happened in the family.We didn't have time to leave the store, as one carnation broke.They came back and said, "The flower fell off," to which the salesperson raised her voice and said, "So what?"we were shocked, but due to extreme fatigue, we decided to keep quiet and just buy a new flower.honestly, this is a terrible attitude towards the client, we didn't even have time to say anything, but an angry phrase flew to us, if there had been a different moral state, I would have answered without fail and explained what the seller should do in such a situation.It's terrible, it touched me to the core.I hope the management will take action and explain to the seller that you can't talk to customers like that, especially when they don't say anything bad to you. Thank you for making the mood even more depraved this evening.
