It's an amazing place. We rented a separate house. Two rooms, a private kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. Cleanliness, there is everything you need. Very kind and friendly hosts. They treated us to plums from their garden. We ordered a dinner of Sevan fish - very tasty and satisfying, not expensive. At night, chickens and roosters are driven into the coop, so no one bothers to sleep in the morning. An iron and a hair dryer were provided at the first request. We had breakfast and dinner in the courtyard - a thrill. It takes 10-15 minutes on foot to the beach and 5-10 minutes to the city center with shops. Good location. The lake is amazing! Thank you for your hospitality.

It's just a wonderful place if you're staying in Sevan. We rented a guest house with a small courtyard, a table and a barbecue, you can ask for a grill and skewers. The owners are very nice people, if there is something missing in the house, they will give it out. If you want to roast shish kebabs, they will tell you where to get the meat. They also prepare their own breakfasts and dinners (you need to order in advance) There is a two-circuit water heater in the house, which is also used for heating. Be sure to ask how to turn it on, as it may be chilly at night. There is a kettle, a hairdryer and a gas stove. The house is located on the edge of the city, which is very convenient to get to the lake.
