Bright, albeit not very spacious, halls (at the entrance) and staircases. The elevators are quite spacious and nimble. The apartments are at least 2-room, not vests, but the quadrature is impressive. Spacious balconies. The courtyard is closed, but small, for such a house. KSK works, everything is washed and cleaned in a timely manner. There is no covered parking, but there is usually plenty of space for cars in the open air on the street parking lot. The house is warm and cozy enough... In general, it's not bad.
