I asked for clarification, but instead of apologies, I heard rudeness and an attempt to shift responsibility: "Didn't you see this when you bought it?" I would like to emphasize that when I buy a bouquet, I pay not only for the flowers themselves, but also for the professional work of the florist. I received both low-quality goods and a boorish attitude. Draw your own conclusions.
