It was in this cafe that I tried lagman for the first time, which I can now safely call the most delicious in the city. The noodles are fresh and elastic, the broth is rich and rich, and the meat and vegetables are generous. Every spoonful is just a pleasure. The kitchen really deserves all the praise, it is clear that the cook cooks with his soul. But, unfortunately, the service spoils the impression a little. The order had to wait a very long time, the waiters were not always attentive, and a couple of times I had to remind them about the ordered drinks. The service could have been much better for this level of cuisine. I really hope that the management will pay attention to this, because the food here is great, and with good service, this cafe would easily become my favorite place.
