I recently tried bubble tea at Eeden Boba Tea, and it was a great solution! The drinks are fresh, the taste is rich, and the tapioca is perfectly cooked — soft, but with a slight elasticity. A wide range of flavors, including classic and unusual combinations.
The service is pleasant and fast, and the atmosphere in the establishment is cozy.

1. Atmosphere - 5
2. Service - 2 (waiters always change, or there is one waiter for the entire restaurant. Mostly students)
3. Food - 2 (as in the reviews, it is far from Chinese. But mostly the Chinese themselves eat there)
!!! After one incident, I decided not to come here:
For two years I drank only hot fried tea with them. In winter, it will come in very much)
Even the service is not good, I always turned a blind eye to it.
But lately, when I drank fried beans from them, they brought me a slightly warm, not tasty one, referring to what they have been doing for a long time. The last time we crossed the border, my throat hurt, I asked to bring a hot one, not a warm one, my throat hurts. They said it well. Previously, they made it hot without any problems, but this time it's the same: slightly warm. I called the manager and asked him to try it, why is the taste so slightly warm? They explained that there was no Chinese tea left for Bob and they decided to use Uzbek black tea! CARL! And they can't make it hot because they don't know how, the bartender is also new. I refused Bob and asked him to make a replacement. They offered only hot tea with lemon.
Okay, I let them know, I won't pay for Bob T., they didn't say anything. And at the end, they asked the cashier to pay the entire amount. Because they can't cancel an order at the cash register. I asked you to call the director to tell me everything that happened. They did not call, but simply took the rest of the amount without the amount of money.
Later in the evening I noticed the payment receipt, they have a different Uzbek company. This means that this business has been sold to our domestic firms.
You can go without any expectations of something delicious. If you prefer a good mood, then I do not advise you to come in!

Why hasn't this place closed yet? And it's strange that the rating is high... Although there's no reason for him to be there! Judging by the negative comments, for the most part, the high rating is inflated.
My wife and I went to this cafe at different times, purely on the way, and both had bad impressions.
In my case, the inner hall smelled very strongly of mud. The sullen waitress reluctantly wiped 8 tables with the same cloth after the assignment given by the host.
Instead of the ordered English breakfast, they brought me a club sandwich, which I did not order because there is "no English breakfast"! Naturally, I refused and left.
At the exit, I wanted to give feedback to the owner of the establishment, but he does not speak either Russian or English - only French and Turkish. Please give him my feedback if you know French or Turkish. Thank you.

I visited this establishment for the first time.

Frankly tasteless desserts. For a weak three.
Under the guise of a "cheesecake", something is being sold that does not even remotely resemble the original.
Sweet tooth and dessert lovers are definitely not here. You will be disappointed.

Chinese dishes are very far away. Terrible service.
Tea is fine, but the food doesn't really look like Chinese. It takes an hour to wait for your hot meal. The waiters are not experienced. They learn and learn. Instead of the two ordered dishes, one was brought. Orders are confused.I do not recommend it. Spoil your mood.

Waiters and dishes change often, almost constantly something is not on the menu or the waiters mess up: they confuse orders, bring the wrong thing or the wrong way. And not only in Russian: they went with an Uzbek company, they still brought the wrong thing at all. The staff is not familiar with the menu. The menu itself is misspelled, it's unpleasant - it's a cool place, as if they couldn't give it away for proofreading
The last 3 times that there were balls in the drink all glued together like a piece of glue, it is impossible to drink, I threw the drink away. In general, nothing like that, if you're lucky.
