I took my car to Nissan Efe Plaza on 12.07.2025 for routine maintenance. I asked for a general check to be carried out on my vehicle, to see if there were any problems. Routine maintenance was performed and I was told that there were no additional problems with my vehicle. I went all the way from Karabük to Ankara so that my car would be better taken care of and the authorized service would be well maintained. However, it was not noticed that the rear shock absorbers broke out and the right front axle broke out. As someone who does not understand the vehicle, when I got under the vehicle, I saw that the axle was lubricated and there was a problem, I forwarded it to the service. Although it was written in the previous service record as a note that the rear shock absorber should be changed, Ankara Efe Plaza Nissan was too careless to see this.

I'm coming here for friends who work in the service, they're really very interested, not like the sales part, I saw the manager yelling at the staff here in front of me, I'm sorry, actually, I've been here for years, if I knew about such a thing, I mean, their bosses don't know about it, but I don't know friends who work in the service, I didn't even know that the brake light went out when I brought it to maintenance, the guys took care of it, they washed it so well, yes, it takes a little time, but it's worth it, the sister who gave us tea in the waiting room, I don't know, so everyone is really interested and competent i couldn't understand a person yelling at a man working underneath, I hope the owner of this place is paying attention to such things, he's looking at them and reading this
