Delicious. It's beautiful and cozy. I liked everything. The menu is varied, the meat is excellent, the desserts are also great. I recommend. I often go there, and so far there are no complaints. However, for some reason the plates are upside down on the tables. As it is, everything is normal.

When no one came in, the whole staff stood and looked at us in the face and followed us with just a glance, they ate as they found a free place and sat down, after 5.10 minutes the waiter came up and gave us the menu, we told him literally 5 minutes later to come up so that we could think and choose what we want to order, and so we sat about 20 minutes, I got up and came up myself, to which the waiter answers me, I just wanted to go to you, in the end we paid for 1 liter of allegedly icy, but it was an ordinary raspberry Lipton and they just added 2 pieces of orange, 80 thousand amount and + 8 thousand for service, it is not clear for what service.
The result of my opinion about this institution, if you do not want to spoil your good mood, do not go to this institution!!!

Incredibly delicious Turkish cuisine, came with a local and we were served at the highest level!
Therefore, we went in on our own for the second time without the locals, and the waitress made it clear with her whole appearance how she was not happy with us. And when they asked her to pack what they hadn't finished with them, a clear disdain ran over her face. Of course, the contrast of the survey clearly shows how hierarchy affects the service. Well, either she's just that kind of person. Even her name was remembered- Herod.
I liked the food and the interior very much. The locals say that the baklava here is very tasty, but we were so full that it was no longer time for dessert.

Terrible service!
The tables are specially placed side by side to save space! It was so uncomfortable to sit!!! You're sitting and constantly hitting the chair of the one sitting in the back.... It feels like you're sitting in the dining room!!!!
But there are very few visitors!!!
I didn't see that the place was full of guests...
Ask to bring dishes from the menu, and the waiter says that it's over!!! I've heard this five times in one visit!!!
And in the end, they even said that they had run out of tea!!!
The tea is over!!!! Can you imagine?! I don't understand how Turkish cuisine can end up with a mess of tea?!
There's a residue left! Don't set foot there anymore...

Я заказал множество блюд, чтобы попробовать различные турецкие кушания. Я начал с мезе - это было невероятно вкусно. Затем я попробовал шашлык из курицы, который был сочным и прекрасно приготовленным. Я также заказал турецкий чай, который был очень ароматным и насыщенным.

Еда классно, вкусно. Персонал супер. Атмосфера прикрас но. Время ожидания очень короткий как надо. Интерьер уютный, красиво, приятно. Напитки..... МММ люблю айран у Efendi N.1... Меню, чай, чистота, мясо все как нужно безупречно, нежно, приятно... Десерты особенно идеально.
Çok çok sevdim mekan. Yemekleri, tatlılar, mekan, aşçılar, garsonlar hepsi hepsi güzel. Bide bu Ekmek yapan çocuklar çok şeker. Ellerinize sağlık. Mekan sahibi size de teşekkürler.
EFENDİ Allah nazarlardan saklasın... Kolay gelsin...

Efendi has a very poor level of service in Tashkent, perhaps it was interesting before, but now it's not "wow"! The prices for the food that this office offers are not just high, but ultra overpriced, exactly the same products and even tastier are available in other places in Tashkent, but for a normal price. And the location of the tables and chairs indicates the desire of the owners of this institution for profit, and not at all about the quality of leisure time for customers!

Самая лучшая турецкая кухня в Узбекистане. Отличное обслуживание, повара Турки, готовят по традиционным соображениям турецкой кухни. Еда сытная, подача идеальная. Зимой в заведении тепло и можно согреться горячим турецким чаем. Цены приемлемые и доступные. В общем и целом - "Efendi" kafeye hoş geldiniz!

I wanted to book a table for iftar. I called in a day. I was asked to call day after day at 10 a.m. without explaining whether there would be places if I called day after day.
While I was clarifying this, the person on the phone just started chatting with another person nearby without listening to my questions :)
You can't put people like that on the front line guys. A terrible experience. I immediately threw it off.

Что касается качества приготовления пищи, ассортимента блюд, то здесь твердая 5ка!
Обслуживание и подача периодически хромают. Усредняю до 4х.
Атмосфера весьма неплоха.
Летом рекомендую начать с прохладного айрана или лимонада.

Один из самых первых турецких ресторанов города. Вкусно готовят. Нам попался милый официант, который очень старался.
Но. Персоналу не хватает уровня повышения квалификации сервиса. Надеюсь, лет через 5-10 мы это увидим, если будем живы.
