The prices for the flowers turned out to be quite reasonable and adequate, which pleasantly surprised me. It is possible to order a bouquet in advance by a certain time. Very often our family ordered flowers there, but this time they ruined my holiday, Mother's Day. Since my husband is on a business trip, he wrote to Effect Plus delivery at 6 a.m., to which he was told that delivery would be carried out from 3 p.m., after which he asked to place an order and they simply stopped contacting him, he wrote until the evening, but no one answered. Here's the result, a scandal with my husband (as it turned out later because of the delivery, I just didn't know that day that they didn't respond, then my husband told me about the correspondence when the holiday was already ruined) and for me on such an important day (since I recently became a mother) a spoiled mood and the whole day, thank you The plus effect for this is huge! If you can't handle orders during the holidays and decide not to take them anymore, then you can at least answer the person so that he has the opportunity to go somewhere else, and not stupidly ignore them until the next day, when he doesn't need your bouquet anymore. They answered, but the next day, my husband still arranged the delivery, but I haven't received such a bouquet yet, the roses were apparently already delivered from all the remnants, all the buds were of different sizes, and moreover, one is crookier than the other, the buds are tilted in different directions, the bouquet is just ugly, of course I understand that when you arrange You can't see what you're buying, but you need to have a conscience, so if this is a delivery, then you can collect waste in a bouquet, so it turns out??? But we pay money for this, and for a second the flowers are now far from the price of a loaf of bread! The photo shows that the rose does not look straight at all, although the bud is strong, they are just crooked, all the other roses from the bouquet also look in different directions!

Not a flower show, but a circus) The guy bought a bouquet of roses in a box, took it away, everything is OK. The next day I come home from work and see that the box is wet, the bottom has fallen off because of the water (the florist installed the sponge incorrectly), therefore the flowers have wilted. They sent the photos to the flower shop and asked for a replacement. They agreed, and we thought that all the problems had been solved, but then the fun began. 1. They said they had a new supply, and they dropped 3 varieties of roses to choose from. We asked them to make 15 white ones, 60 pink ones. To which we were told that there are only 15 pink ones. Do you have a new 15-piece flower supply?) as a result, when we arrived at the store, we saw that there were a lot more pink roses there than 15))) 2. They said that there is no possibility in the box, only plain paper. Upon arrival at the store, we see that there are the same boxes (photos and screenshots below) 3. The manager called and talked in an even higher tone, as if the flowers had gone bad because of us, not because of them. 4. In the end, the manager suggested making exactly the same bouquet as the first time (60 white, 15 pink roses). Despite the fact that in the correspondence they said that there were no 60 pieces of white roses either (because they wanted to give us another variety of roses). When asked, "how do you collect the same bouquet if you don't have 60 white roses," they replied, "there are white ones of a different variety, but the size of the bud is the same." In short, not only do they lie about the availability of flowers in order to fuse varieties they don't need, they mow down fools, they also put forward their own conditions and make customers guilty)) By the way, there is a rotten rose in the new bouquet right in the center, but I no longer have the strength to talk to them)
