M.D. 13.the monument, which is thought to belong to the period of King Tutulmaz IV in the last quarter of the century,was not made on natural rock, but cut in accordance with each other it was built by meticulously combining andesite blocks. It is one of the rare water systems where flowing waters are collected by the central pool system and used sparingly when necessary.
