I feel spat on and powerless to fix anything... I needed to arrange the delivery of a rose - one... Well, at least three, to one Grodno woman. My friends found out where to arrange delivery, and I turned to Flora, inspired by the promise that, they say, you can even choose one flower here, and it will also be delivered. I did this in St. Petersburg, and more than once... But it turned out that it was impossible to go to Grodno. It turned out that the employees of Flora were willing to tell lies: if I had resorted to their services, I would have had to buy a whole bunch of roses for my friend. Which was categorically impossible: our relationship is such that I could only offend her with it. However, the vaunted Flora has a minimum order system. Three roses are not enough here. I was very humiliated and upset by this attitude to my non-standard situation. After all, I wanted a holiday and joy, but I got indifference and mockery. It's a shame, gentlemen florists!
