Two adults with children aged 4 and 14 were vacationing on June 25. I liked the hotel, the large territory, the rooms are not small, a lot of slides: from toddlers to adults + more shared on the beach. Free WiFi throughout the area with enough speed to watch YouTube. Do not overpay for the class of the room to the tour operator - you will still have to pay extra on the spot for the sea view ($ 50) or a double family room ($ 100). The food is delicious, there is always a choice. 24-hour burger bar for early/late check-in/check-out. The disadvantages are not critical: you need to occupy all the places by the pool in advance (after breakfast there will be a bunch of empty deck chairs occupied); a foul-smelling passage to the beach under the road; good audibility from both neighbors and from the street; paid cocktails. The hotel itself is very beautiful, well-maintained green area. Large swimming pool. There are 3 excellent water parks on the territory, suitable for all ages. The rooms are cozy, with good furniture. Large bathtub with rain shower. Soap, shower caps, cotton pads and chopsticks were in the room. The mini bar (water, cola, fanta) was replenished daily (included in the price). The hotel is clean, the grounds and rooms are well cleaned. Ice cream is served from 12.00 to 14.00. The price includes cola, fanta, sprite for bottling, local alcoholic beverages (beer, vodka, etc.) and something like instant jupi (we couldn't drink, it was very chemical and sweet). Foreign alcoholic drinks, cocktails, juice bags for a fee. Very tasty grilled food (for lunch and dinner). There was not enough mashed potatoes for us (they were given 2 times during the whole time). Only French fries and pasta every day. There were various themed events for dinner. They brought out a chocolate fountain and ice cream. It was seafood day. There is a lot of entertainment throughout the territory. In general, this is a huge complex of several hotels. As it turned out, you can use all the infrastructure, including restaurants and bars. There are several bazaars nearby. A very good outlet (many brands are represented). The big disadvantage is that it's a long way from the airport. Entering the sea is very inconvenient. A sudden descent and hidden large rocks under water.

Eftalia Ocean Hotel: A great option for a family with a child We stayed at the Eftalia Ocean Hotel with my wife and child. I want to share my objective impressions to help other families make a choice. Our main positive impressions: Perfect for kids. This is the main advantage. The child was absolutely delighted with the water parks! The zones are divided by age and level of extremity, everything is safe. The animation was excellent — the kids' club was working without interruptions, and the evening shows were very bright. Food. The buffet restaurant offers a huge selection. We found food for ourselves and for the fastidious child. There were always fresh vegetables, fruits, grilled chicken, pasta. Thursdays are fish day (sushi, shrimp, crayfish, fish, and other marine reptiles). Territory. The hotel is huge, very green and well maintained. There were no crowds even at full load. Its own clean beach, smooth access to the sea — it was comfortable with the baby. Service. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant are polite, there were no problems with solving the issues. Although there was one caveat, after a little defending their occupancy, they were given a room with a great view. Disadvantages worth considering: The SPA area and its schedule. That was our main disadvantage. We wanted to go to the spa with sauna and Turkish bath, but it only works UNTIL 16:00. For guests who spend all day at the seaside or with children by the pool, such a schedule is completely inconvenient. Drinks. As in many hotels, alcoholic beverages in bars are locally produced and not of the highest quality. There is a surcharge for branded drinks, which is worth knowing about. Result: We definitely recommend this hotel for families with children. The child will be happy, and the parents will be able to relax in peace. There are disadvantages, but for us they are outweighed by the advantages. The only thing that really upset me was the spa center that wasn't working in the evening.
