Terrible service at their Abovyan branch. I bought a watch from them a year ago, and now it has a problem. Their manager refuses to call me back, and at the branch they just gave me her number and told me to call her myself. One of their employees, Anjela, was especially rude and unprofessional—she clearly has no idea what customer service means. Avoid that place, buy a watch from somewhere else!

Today, on the 28th, I bought a watch from you. Unfortunately, I encountered terrible service from your employee on Abovyan Street. I think if you buy a watch for 89,000 amd and above, the quality of service should be better. I will not buy anything else from you, I will use foreign services.

We were specifically looking for this store to buy a leather strap for a Swatch watch. The watches are from previous collections, so the choice of straps is limited. But we were lucky! We bought the right one for your taste, and not just any that remained.

We purposefully went to Eiffel stores and chose watches, and we had never seen such disgusting service anywhere else. With sighs and a very unhappy face, the salesperson took out her watch for fitting, put it on the table and moved aside to stick to her phone. At every request on my part, they showed me how sick of everything she was. After three o'clock, I didn't want to measure anything else in this store, even if there was a watch that I liked, I wouldn't have bought it.
