Our experience at 88 Spa & Resort Hotel left much to be desired, especially considering the high price. Location: The hotel is perched on a hill, making it very inconvenient for tourists wanting to explore Tsakhkadzor. It’s far from the city center and main attractions, which makes accessing popular spots quite difficult. For anyone hoping to sightsee, this is not an ideal location. Facilities & Amenities: We specifically chose this hotel for its pool, only to be informed upon arrival that it would be closed for cleaning during our stay. This was disappointing, as the pool was a major factor in our booking decision. Additionally, we expected a buffet dinner (as advertised in the price), but were instead served fixed dishes due to the low number of guests. This felt misleading, as we had paid for a full buffet experience. Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi was extremely unreliable. If you’re planning to work remotely or need to stay connected, this will likely be a frustration. Completing any online tasks was nearly impossible due to the poor connection. Environment: Another drawback was the sports bar experience. When we went to use the tennis table, we found the lounge filled with people smoking indoors, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere and led us to leave quickly. On the positive side, the rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with high-quality beds that made for a restful night’s sleep. The cafeteria staff were also exceptionally friendly and attentive, adding a nice touch to an otherwise disappointing stay. Overall, the hotel does not justify its price. While the room quality and staff service were commendable, the inconveniences and lack of promised amenities make it hard to recommend.

Everything is great except for the quality of service. The waiters may not approach for long time, the room service may take long time, you may not find waiters etc. Also the food could be much better (the breakfast is great though). But besides that, great place for vacation, we really enjoyed our time here.

I am very unhappyThe pool was cold, they say that it has just been filled and it might get hot tomorrow. It turns out that if one day you come to a hotel where there is a pool, you cannot use it.
