Einhell Turkey is literally an example of there is a sale, there is no service. After selling the product, you can neither get technical support nor find an interlocutor. Call center pattern, no one answers the phone; you send e-mail, there is no answer. If there is no signage called ‘authorized service’ in six places, there is zero interest, there is no solution. Warranty processes are tragicomic. You report a malfunction, you send the product by cargo, then what is calling what is asking. You need to be a fortune teller to find out what happened to the device. They hide behind the German brand and almost drive the user away in Turkey. Such institutionalism, such insensitivity really makes you say give up. If anyone bought the Einhell product from Turkey and was satisfied, either he did not use it or it has not been spoiled yet. Because the moment it breaks down, you fall into a hole and there is no one to pull you out of there. My advice: Stay away. Don't waste your money or your nerves.
