The hotel is located not far from the airport, this is very important when you are tired of a long-distance flight.The girls at the reception are friendly, breakfast is included in the price, lunch and dinner are paid separately.The room has a shower and toilet, TV (shows both local and Russian TV) Eating wifi .The room was warm (I lived for a day in November), but the bed was very hard, but nothing, I fell asleep quickly from fatigue.Rooms must be booked in advance, otherwise Almaty is now a flight center.In short, you can live!

AVOID! DONT BOOK IT! Beware! English down below --> Beware of this hotel. You can walk 15 minutes from the airport and that's where all the advantages end. The building does not look at all like the photos in Yandex and Google. The old, the ruin and nothing else. Even in the name of the Crew, the letter E has dropped completely, the rest are holding on to snot. The building is in a state of disrepair. There are smudges, stains, fungus everywhere. It's like I didn't come to Almaty, but to Albania or Moldova... It's terrible! Nothing inside works, I didn't even want to sleep without clothes on the bed. There, without decorations, you can shoot horror films or a film about a homeless person.the beginning. By the way, you can't pay with a card, only cash... 2021 The hotel is 15min away from the airport on foot but that's the only positive thing about it. Avoid at all cost! Looks nothing like these pics online. The building is falling apart, even the hotel name Crew outside above the entrance is missing the first letter and the rest are shaky asf. The place has nothing working, moisture, stains in walls, probably fungus too. Didn't want to sleep on the bed w/o my clothes , moved out real quick! let me save y'all, just Don't go in, I took the hit for the team so you don't have to go there... If you are looking for a place to film a horror movie, that hotel is perfect or if you need to film a homeless shelter, that place will do just fine. It's an embarrassment! Also they told me they can't take care payments, so I had to find cash (there is an ATM in the lobby)

I liked the view of the mountains and the large rooms. I did NOT like it: there is no point in a large room area since there is not a single chair, on an area of about 30 sq.m there is one table and a small refrigerator. The furniture is all rolled up, in the shower, which together with the toilet for 14 days of stay, there is an unpleasant smell of sewage. The problem is even with toilet paper, and no one will give it to you at the reception, they press your shoulders that there is no, but they promise that everything will be fine tomorrow, and of course I return to the room in the evening and there is still no paper. No one takes out the garbage for 4-5 days, as well as cleaning the room (on Friday, room cleaning and bed linen replacement and then only on Tuesday, garbage removal and towel replacement and that's it) there are simply no words. Breakfast is only from 8:00 (there is nothing good) egg tomatoes cucumbers. There is no breakfast on weekends, but they promise that there will be (out of five days off, we managed to have breakfast only one day) In short, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
