In June, my wife and I ordered an air conditioner here with subsequent installation. There are no questions about the climate system itself, but its installation cost us a lot of money, time and nerves, and in the end ended up being reinstalled by other specialists. It all started with the fact that the installers were 1.5 hours late, although it was previously agreed with them that the customer would be limited in time. In this regard, all the work was carried out in a hurry with all the ensuing consequences. Already at the initial stage, it turned out that the guys did not have a special tool for diamond drilling deep holes in the wall, so the internal and external blocks were not installed where they were planned, including in violation of the requirements of the city executive Committee. All the internal and external holes in the walls were smashed, and the exterior was not even foamed. Two twists were made on the power cable connecting the external and internal units, both outside the room. The drain pipe connection did not have a tight winding, which could later lead to condensation leaking into the room. The mounting plate of the indoor unit was also installed poorly, and half of the screws from the kit remained intact. The quality of the materials used in the work turned out to be extremely low. All violations committed during the installation process were reported to the head of the company, but there was no reaction from him. And if the manager is not concerned about the quality of services provided to the consumer, then a one-star rating is quite adequate for such an activity.
