I am the customer's representative. We bought a 1C program from them. We were deceived. They took money from us for the "air". The deception was discovered six months after our modem was changed, and our software lost remote access to our server. During these six months, they have been submitting monthly reports to us. My questions were initially answered by the deception that some work was carried out monthly, without our request, but to maintain the operability of our program. and then the confession, and supposedly it's something like a subscription fee))) which is not provided for by the contract. And in the end, instead of apologies and some offers, they demanded to pay for the last act. We signed the acts, because it was impossible to check the "work", since we did not have our own sysadmin. The questions "what are you doing" were answered not with specifics, but "the program will not work without their "maintenance". Although for six months they didn't have access, everything worked as usual. And it continues to work. From now on, we will definitely contact another organization. In general, there is a lot of dissatisfaction with the entire accounting department of our organization. There are no updates. Not once in 5 years. Everything is fixed manually. Electronic invoices cannot be implemented. In addition to the fact that they paid "for the air", any treatment was for an additional fee. Any question you ask is additionally charged. (In addition to the money that was paid for nothing every month, although there is no such thing under the contract, there is only payment on request and their obligation to respond quickly for this fee). Any improvements cost a lot of money. For the amount of work on the implementation of electronic invoices, you can buy three excellent, best 1C programs that will be updated. I really regret that I chose this software one day.
