To etch a two-room apartment has become equivalent in value to a private house - 130 rubles. They agreed with the price, paid, without overpaying for the absence of smell. We did exactly as it was in the recommendation - sealed the ventilation tightly and closed the windows. Two days later, only flies and cockroach spiders, which are the main problem and swarming both in the kitchen and in the rest of the rooms, died indoors. They remained alive and felt great when they met us in a closed room filled with "poison". A call to the company with a claim only made them listen to excerpts from the contract, which state that cockroaches can stay alive for up to two weeks, and then supposedly they must die. As a result, time goes by, but there are no fewer cockroaches, they run around the apartment. We were very dissatisfied with the work of the master of this company - the money was thrown away. They chose this company only because they applied to it a year earlier, and then the etching really gave the result, the insects died out and did not appear at all. There were no complaints. However, now it seems that they took the money for nothing, even the smell of poison was almost imperceptible, and completely disappeared in an hour. It seemed that the company had created all the conditions, and deliberately did not finish as it should, so that people would pay for repeated treatment.

The price of services is above the market average in this area.
To get the result, the company repeatedly offers re-processing at least three times, each call is paid on average from 120p.
I do not recommend that you use the services of this company. I had experience working with other disinfection companies, but in this case the result is very bad.

It is a pity that when you pay not a little money, you think that professionals will get rid of this horror, but in fact you remain without money and without a result. Empty promises on the site about some mythical guarantees that everyone hears about for the first time and about the quality for which the ecosept is responsible with his head are just another divorce. It seems that you are not working on quality, but on quantity, and you are not particularly interested in the result. And when a three-room apartment is processed for 10 minutes, it's definitely not about quality.
And when the director herself tells you that cockroaches are not the most important thing in life, but the operator: go buy some traps in the store - after that I have nothing to say.

after the 1st time, they began to bite less, there was a short period of calm for one to two weeks. After processing for the second time, they walked by the sender themselves a couple of days later on the sofa, 10 bedbugs fell out. That's how they processed it...

An irresponsible company that is engaged in deceiving customers. They called us in order to get rid of the rats in the office. They promised a one-year warranty on the phone. As a result: a young man arrived with bags of poison, recommended that they be scattered in places where rats walk. He said that the remedy mummifies rodents and there will be no smell. This point was fundamental for us and was mentioned several times. We did everything according to the recommendations. A few days later, there is a terrible stench in the office, a rat lies somewhere inside the wall, it is impossible to find, work too. The representative of Ecosept said on the phone that she did not know who was dead, they had nothing to do with it and advised to ventilate the room. I will add that our company paid 200 rubles for the service of deratization of the premises, the market value of 1 kg of poison is 15-20 rubles. Plus, rodents continue to walk around the office. A great business for unscrupulous businessmen!

I'll start from the beginning. On 11.12.2022, a master came to us for the treatment of bedbugs, the "inspection" began, so superficial that it was a little funny, well, nothing, the man was in a hurry, what should he now inspect qualitatively?🤷🏻♂️
I examined ONLY the sleeping place (ecosept, information for your employees, possible places of movement and life of bedbugs: sofas, beds, etc., baseboards, wallpaper, tulle, crevices, various kinds of furniture, in fact it does not matter where, the main thing is about 2-5m from the feeding place, for a note😉). Well, let's say I processed it (9-15 minutes), just a quick wizard, of course… He said: individuals can climb out for another 10-12 days, m, no problem, PROFESSIONALS. When they came home to open the windows, there is no smell from the product (although they ordered with a smell), live bedbugs, although they directly fell under the product, on a call on the same day, that is, on the day of their contract (by the way, it is concluded one day, delicious)we were told to expect, but about the smell: the master mixed up the remedy))))), "professionalism", I already found out about their resistance to the drug and asked: So maybe they have it? No, wait, and let them breed. We waited, the bedbugs felt great, they called, they told us to wait, just wait. On 12/20/2022, my wife called, explained that they were crawling, they were still there, they didn't really feel something, to which they said: "well, maybe they have a resistor, well, we need a second one, and we'll spend maybe 30, MAYBE"
Thank you, of course, but if you need a resistor again There will be 3 and 4 and 5, classic…
And this will be the last date on which, on their recommendation, processing should be carried out, which they MAY come to, I understand🤨
But they offered a 30% discount, and they didn't really want to correct their mistakes WHEN THEY CALLED THEM ON THE SAME DAY DURING THE VALIDITY PERIOD OF THEIR CONTRACT AND SAID THAT SOMETHING WAS WRONG.
Of course, I am not a candidate of sciences, not a biologist, I just learned information from open sources and something tells me that it was wasted money.
I will clarify: I was ready for two treatments, professionals say that with the RIGHT one is usually enough (ecosept also says that in 87% of cases one is enough), but I understood that for safety it is better to carry out the second one. I did everything after processing in accordance with the instructions. It's sad not so much for the money spent, but for the time in which they still have time to breed and grow…
On 12/23/2022, there was a second treatment, and here's a joke: they treated it again with the SAME ACTIVE SUBSTANCE, which the bedbugs already resisted, that is, they got used to it, I asked the master about the warranty - they evade the answer)))
Their managers have now started saying that it's because we have a lot of bedbugs. So, ecosept, the day before the treatment, the wallpaper in the room was removed, there was no large population of bedbugs, but a LIVE and healthy bedbug was found on the seam of the sofa and this is on the 12th day, when they should already die according to your statement, but we all understand that I brought it in the palm of my hand, really the ecosept team?)
At the moment, I'll call again tomorrow, I'll demand a refund, for which, here are a couple of points: the parasite's resistance was not taken into account (I don't think this is my job), poor-quality inspection, work carelessly, attempts to tighten and only multiply the colony, mistakes of the masters that cost us time.
But, OF COURSE, I have such a huge colony that they even carry me to sleep (although even if so, the ecosept is fighting this, no?🤨), and in general, I did everything wrong, I also had to catch and eat them myself. In general, I understand that the money will not be returned to me, they will feed me with breakfasts and promises, they will come up with 100 more reasons, so I will contact the state consumer protection authorities, or the court and the prosecutor's office, I work in these structures myself and understand how this is done. Thanks to ecosept, for the best treatment ❤
Someone will ask: why not demand a free third processing?
Answer: seeing how they work, there is no desire to do this, and I also do not need their new excuses for which they will not owe anything to anyone. I will look for another company, and I will return the money I gave just out of principle)

He didn't ask anything where they slept, where they bit, he wasn't interested in anything, he forgot what remedy to use, with a fully prepared apartment he was too lazy to process behind the sofas, even though it was possible to put a Boeing there, it took him 20 minutes to get a three-room apartment.
