Not only repaired the car (there was a problem with the hydraulic system), but also, as a bonus, cleaned my car, sealed the broken lid. An appeal regarding the warranty repair of the Haier washing machine with a complaint about water leakage and wedging of the drum. As a result, a leak in the powder intake hopper was detected, which was recommended in this service to lubricate with silicone! But after an urgent request, the powder hopper was replaced. With further recommendations, should the washing powder be poured directly into the drum, since it corrodes this hopper?🤦 Regarding the wedging of the drum, the DIRECTOR assured that this is the normal operation of a washing machine with an inverter motor. The master, in turn, said that he had been repairing washing machines for 30 years, would turn on the spin on an empty car and hear everything. The director finally seemed to agree that the master would disassemble the car, although he claimed "it's just a monkey's work, and there's no point, everything is fine there," without even seeing the car, he would remove the belt and check the bearing. With the phrase "but after that you will call me and apologize, because everything is fine with the bearing." But the master did not do it. I do not recommend this service. The experience is purely negative. There was a feeling that even when performing warranty repairs, they are trying to cheat, save money and deceive the client. Although they seem to have to pay for warranty repairs by the manufacturer, and there is no point in saving much on small things.

It's been 3 weeks now - I went and called twice. They promised to come. They promised again. The application is in hand - let's go write a claim.

Some disadvantages. I've been waiting for 2 months... They feed you breakfast... The contract specifically prescribes that if you refuse, pay for the inspection... I always call myself, because they only promise to call me back... Believe me, in any other repair they will do it faster and probably with high quality... And then you give the equipment to you, they put every China there, it does not work properly and only after that they say that the original appeared, but it still needs to be waited for. It's impossible to list everything....

I called the refrigerator repairman, they promised to call the next day and clarify the time. I didn't wait, I called myself, they promised to come in the evening, no one came or called back. the next day she called again, they promised to come in the evening again, at 17.30 the master called back, said he would come and disappeared completely ... As a result, she called the master from the service. PS 11 days have passed, no one has called back.
