I came to the appointment with ready-made tests and an ultrasound scan, where TSH was reduced. Without specifying my diet, the doctor immediately stated that the reason was that I "eat a lot of sweets" (despite the fact that my glucose is 4.73 — the norm, weight is 54 kg with a height of 164 cm). After learning about stretch marks, the doctor linked them to "overeating sweets," although this is not directly related. In addition, she stated that "in two years, I will swell up like a balloon." For me, as a survivor of CPR, it sounded especially traumatic. The treatment appointments were generally standard, but the attitude and presentation were absolutely unacceptable.
