We were regular customers of this "establishment". Yes, there were always queues, but we were always waiting. I had to wait for 30-40 minutes mostly. It's just that if there were a lot of people, they didn't wait. Children get their hair cut for about 30 minutes. A retired woman (master), seeing that they came with children, immediately shows her displeasure with her whole face and begins to ask, "How will your child sit? And won't he spin," that is, she only has haircuts with her own "conditions." We didn't go to her last time, and a guy with an oriental appearance cut our hair. But this time there was an egregious incident, after which no one set foot there anymore. We came with a child of 6 years old, there were 3 people in front of us. We waited. And so the master pension was released, she cleaned her workplace and went to her nook to eat. By the way, their lunch is marked on the door (and it ended an hour ago). The second master (the guy from the East) did the same thing. He cut the last customer's hair and, seeing that we've been waiting for 40 minutes, he just walks past us and leaves in an unknown direction. Well, maybe I'm going to the bathroom. After about 10 minutes, I went to find out where everyone had gone. The lady master didn't know where the MC had gone. I found the phone number of the owner of this place on the stand and called. To which the director replied that he allowed the masters to go to lunch at any time convenient for them. So be prepared to spend your time waiting, and then they'll leave you for lunch for 30 minutes in front of your nose, and they won't even say a word. This is a service(((( I work in the service sector myself and this is unacceptable. Never set foot in here again. By the way, there wasn't a single person after us for exactly 30 minutes while we were there. And it was possible to have a quiet rest for them. Well, losing clients, they will have a long rest.
