My acquaintance with Exarta Balance began with a gift certificate for a facial massage. A very friendly and smiling girl met me and led me into the office.
The calm music, pleasant atmosphere and magical hands of the master did their job. She was like a butterfly fluttering over me. At some point, I found myself thinking that I had completely relaxed and fallen asleep. The result was amazing: the face looked smooth, elastic, toned.
After that, I signed up for a body massage. Every part of my body has received proper attention from the master. The massage brought my body into a state of complete relaxation, from the tips of my ears to the tips of my toes.
In general, in an hour and a half I "flew" into another reality. After leaving the office, there was lightness not only in the body, but even thoughts became easier.
Thanks to the Exart team for the introduction, for the magic, and for the unforgettable moments of relaxation.

1. I have repeatedly undergone a course of restorative massage with a detailed study of problem areas.
2. I also visited Tatiana's magic pens. SPA ritual is the cosmos. Complete relaxation of both body and mind.
3. There were individual Exarta balance workouts. Since I'm not a sports person at all, you can imagine the condition of the muscles. Thanks to the coaches, the attention was on 101%
4. I was worried about pain in the shoulder joint. We found the reason, started studying, rehabilitation was successful and nothing has been bothering us for several years now.

A magnificent center with top-level specialists.
I had a problem: my back ached incredibly and my leg ached. I couldn't move and walk normally for more than 10-15 minutes without a break. It turned out that I had an exacerbation of an intervertebral hernia. After contacting Exarta-Balance, the symptoms of exacerbation disappeared in 2-3 weeks. I highly recommend it.
