Our flight on January 1, 2025, simply disappeared from my personal account - as if it wasn't there! The return flight, January 9, 2025, is confirmed! That is, you will not receive a refund for the flight on January 1. And the fact that you "cancel" the return flight will be your problem - and you won't get a refund either. But the main thing is not that, but that in all such situations you have ZERO SUPPORT from the airline. There is no information about flight cancellations on the website. It's just shameful behavior. Shameful.
